Creating something from one single line is to me, one of the most challenging propositions in all of art. The complete simplicity and lack of space to hide one's shortcomings makes working in this series most difficult. When a piece pulled from the fire rises above the naked bar of metal from which it was forged, it burns its mark deep in my soul.
As an artist there is no greater reward.
